is this a Cheilosia spec? Which one? or: What else?

Hagen (NRW, Germany), May 15th 2008, artificial alder marshland, 175 m above sea level

it is indeed a Cheilosia sp., but it is difficult to say what species (at least for meSad)

Female Cheilosia albitarsis, you are probably lucky you didn't find it on Ranunculus! Grin Normally this species is always on Ranunculus.
There is another species that looks like it (C. ranunculi), but that one is usually a lot rarer than this one!
