Hello, While hiking, I photographed the insect below : ![]() williams : France : Bourg-d'Oueil : 31110 : 08/07/2025 Altitude : 2101 m - Taille : environ 10 mm Réf. : 361633 Is this a male Eupeodes luniger, as the yellow spots don't reach the lateral margin of the tergites ?? At the same location that day, and a few minutes before this one, I also saw what appears to be the female of this insect, as here too, the yellow spots don't reach the lateral margin of the tergites, but also has an inverted Y-shaped spot on the forehead.
