Hello, hm it is not 1 dax but 1 day after there was snow...
Yes, there are hairs on the eyes and no, the tibiae have no pale bases

Hmmmm nope!
Looks more like a female Melangyna quadrimaculata to me!

Oh, yes: Legs black, black hairs on the frons and in the face...
It fooled me that the scutellum of the female is dark.
