Hi,

I'm, pretty sure that this is an Epistrohe sp. male, but is a species ID possible?
Germany, Hesen, Gießen; 170 m; 27. April 2025, in a small protected area with a pond, meadows and broadleaved trees. Approx. 10 mm.

TIA
Christian

Hi Christian, from what I see it's a male Epistrophe flava.
Greetings, Eric Kloeckner
