 Photographed today from Zhejiang China. Body length approx. 6mm. Anal vein reaching wing margin indicates Anthomyiidae, I assume. Frons appears to bulge, so a female Leucophora? TIA. Smile

 I think the head is bulging because the fly is teneral.
