Hello Forum,

again a fly from the alder marshland in Hagen (D) 175 m above sea level. This photo I took on May 1st 2007. The plant in the background should be Cardamine amara.

May be it is Myiathropa florea?

Yes, it's a female. Just the name, Joseph, this is the correct spelling: Myathropa florea Smile
