unknown chironomidae (male)

On 14th March 2024 I took pictures of this unknown male chironomidae in Den Helder, Netherlands. It was attracted to light. Can someone please identify it? Thanks a lot.

Are the squares 1 mm? Are there long hairs on the fore tarsus?

Dear John,

The squares are indeed 1 mm. I have added a picture of the fore tarsus. I don't see long hairs on it.
