There are a lot of these small flies in the litter in our garden - which group is it? Body length 2,5 mm, long arista, spines at the back of scutellum and sharp-edged abdomen. From south Sweden today.

Regards

Krister

Hi krister,
You will need a male to be certain from genitalia. The species cannot be distinguished from I. vaporariorum otherwise.
