Is this Dolichocephala oblongoguttata or D. guttata?

And does anyone has the following article: Drake C.M. & Chandler P.J. 1997: Re-instatement of Dolichocephala oblongoguttata (Diptera, Empididae) as a valid species. Dipterists Digest (2nd Series) 4: 74-77.

Thanks in advance for any reply.
Paul

Resembles rather Dolichocephala oblongoguttata, but details of the terminalia are not quite clear.
Please send me your email address, I have this paper.
Drake C.M. & Chandler P.J. 1997

Best wishes,
