This fly looks like a Blepharicera fasciata in shape, size, appareance, resting position, and habitat. But it don't have the big dorsal eyes. Or maybe these eyes are only found in males and this is a female???? Or is just a related thing but not a Blepharicera?? Photographed yesterday at Canfranc, Pyrenees mountains, Spain ![]() ![]()  |
