Swept from Sycamore in west of England 08/06/21. Seems to fit Oedalea sp.
Checking through Diptera.info forum, appeared closest to O.holmgreni (?)

Where might one find a key for this genus?

Many thanks,
Sam

I think maybe O.zetterstedti having viewed key.

- the wings seem more faintly greyish than brownish.
- the halteres I would probably describe as pale rather than darkened
- the antennae seem more tapering than blunt
