Hello everyone,
Is this bizarre, tiny fly with stumpy wings perhaps Conioscinella zetterstedti?
FD: May 8, 2025, in the dunes of Schiermonnikoog (NL), size: approx. 1.5 mm

If you can confirm the species, you are welcome to use the pictures in the gallery :-)
