This Brachycera was found in August 2025 in the Swedish mountains on about +700 meters above sea level Close to a smal creek. Is it possible from this images to come up with something more specific that Brachycera? Wing about 5-7 mm

Confirmed. It is less known species with the peak occurrence in late summer and early autumn. Only few specimen could be swept, but more or less common in beer traps hung on trees... Libor |
