Picture wing fly 3 mm

Yesterday I found this 3 mm-big fly in my garden in brussels. It was to nervous to get a good picture but the black markings could lead to an ID?

Great! on (http://www.faunae...p?id=60849) Fauna Europaea still indicated as ?Absent? for Belgium. I 'll try to get a better picture next time :-)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
