Hi snailman, and welcome to diptera.info forum.
I think it could be Systoechus ctenopterus: wings without pattern, no black hairs on the hind margin of the eyes, vein R-M close to the base of the discalcell. (Veldtabel wolzwevers by J.T. Smit + Fauna Europaea)
