Hello,
with these two poor pictures it seems to me a challenge to define the genus. Somebody suggested to me that it would be, perhaps, Cecidomyia or Planetella . What is your opinion ? With my tanks. Best regards,

I don't know. It appears to be male but with 14 cylindrical flagellomeres. A female Planetella could have 14 cylindrical flagellomeres, but not a male.
