This small fly was found feeding on Daucus carota in Central Greece, back in July of 2020.
Any help with the identification would be appreciated.

This will be in Mythicomyiidae, with Empidideicus and related genera. Not my area of expertise.

I would suggest Platypygus ridibundus.
