correct, and it coud be fraudulosa, indeed, but to tell this for sure, it is necessary to see if there are setae on the radial vein at the basal hyaline spot level...

Thank you very much, impossible to see this "radial vein" in detail on my photos and unfortunately I did not capture this diptera ... so we will stick to Ceroxys sp ... probably
