All Romanian species are included into my key:
Grichanov, I.Ya. 2007. A checklist and keys to Dolichopodidae (Diptera) of the Caucasus and East Mediterranean. St.Petersburg: VIZR RAAS (Plant Protection News Suppl., ISSN 1815-3682): 160 p. PDF-file download here http://www.diptera.info/downloads.php?cat_id=8

I wonder why you aren't sure about Syntormon pumilus?
