 Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy, on October 7th 2020. I think it is a Cecidomyiidae, but is it possible to identify the genus or species from these photos?

 Probably a male in supertribe Cecidomyiidi, given that it appears to have 24 flagellomeres. There are actually 12 flagellomeres with two nodes in each.
