Hi,

I have photographed this maggot this week in the forest litter (deciduous forest, mainly chestnut) near Paris.
The litter was very wet.
Rather small (about 5mm). Any idea on the genus or family of this larva?
Thanks for help! Cheers and happy new year

This is the best view I have of the anal extremity. Unfortunately being rather flattish, I have no lateral view of the larva.
