Tipulidae larva under the stone in water

Hello! As in Subject:
I collected this larva from under the stone in the shallow stream. Quite big, nearly 5 cm long, 0.9 cm wide.
I often find Tipulids larvas under bark of trees, bu I have never found in the water.
Can You say something more about this larva, Tipula genus?
