Good morning,
Pictured these flies on a beach in Vigo (NW Spain) during November 2020.
Found them on shells and seaweeds very close to the line of water.
Any chance to have an identification.

Helcomyza - probably ustulata as Vigo is on the Atlantic coast, but it would be as well to check genitalia to be sure it's not mediterranea. Nice photos!
