Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, at a leaf of Rhamnus frangula, 18th of April 2020, Photos: kuv. After searching in the Diptera Gallery my idea is "Hydrotaea" - perhaps diabolus (male). Please help to get the ID.
