Bizarre larva.. Is this a Syrphid? Possible to tell more from the image. Sorry, quality is rather bad...
Found 11.June,2020 In Pötzleinsdorf near Vienna...

Hi Mike, I'm quite sure it's a Dasysyrphus sp.
