Hello!
I found this fly on the leaves of Borago officinalis from a vegetable garden
14-11-20, Valencia, Spain
It is posible to say something about its ID?
Greetings

Supertribe Cecodomyiidi. I don't know of any species in Borago. Most of the European species in Boraginaceae belong to tribe Dasineurini which is in a different supertribe but at least two Cecidomyiidi are associated with Boraginaceae.
