Probably not Appendicia truncata because it does not have an 'appendix' on the medial vein.

Smile I rarely find Tachinids at higher altitudes. This is one of the few. What could it be?

So, is the second (apparent first) segment of arista elongated ?

If you have collect it, we can check the genitalia. Or try to make a closeup of the genitalia....

Yeap, thatbis elongated. So it really is Appendicia and we have only one, unless a Siberian species popped up in Norway.
