 Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), right by the lake Selenter See, many bushes, at a leaf of Salix sp., length: about 4.5 mm; 19th of May 2020, (Photos: kuv). Perhaps female of Procladius ... ? Please help to get the ID.
