I found this fly on September 22nd, 2020, in the southern part og Lower Saxony (Germany). I think it looks similar to a Tephrochlamys, but the full orange scutellum and the spot on the wings don't fit. Any help for identification would be appreciated.

Palloptera ustulata (or, not excluded, P. anderssoni). Third time within ten days on Diptera. info.
