Central Poland, sandy area. 26.06. Body length 5-6 mm. Unfortunately, picturea are not clear. I can't see acr before suture. Arista is poorly visible. Discal bristles are absent, if I well recognize.

That seems a bit optimistic. First impression was either Diner or some Leskiini, but both don’t fit. The strong costal spine is a big clue, suggesting Bithia sp.
