Good afternoon,
Found this fly feeding on an umbilifera flowers at Courel mountains (Lugo) NW Spain during 15th June 2020.
Deciduous forest clearing at 1000 mts. abs. sea level.
Pleased to know more about this fly.

Hi Rafael, I'm quite sure, it's a female Phasia hemiptera (Tachinidae).
