Hi, I've found these Conopids at one of very few remaining puddles (Ansbach, DE-Middle-Franconia, old deciduous forest, 2020-08-07).
There are many wasps (mostly Vespula vulgaris & germanica) drinking and some Leopoldius are sitting on watch and attacking the wasps.
Is it possible to identify the fly based on the fotos?
Thanks a lot for your suggestions!

Eric
