Lonchaeidae/Silba fumosa?

Hi.
This Lonchaeidae observed in august 5th (North of Yonne department) on Heracleum sphondylium inflorescence is perhaps Silba fumosa. All black legs, the third antennal segment is grey and 4 long bristles are seen in the scutellum. Do you confirm this identification? Many thanks, Jean-Michel Garel.
