I see that current valid name of Ophyra chalcogaster is Hydrotaea chalcogaster. Am I right?

Valid is chalcogaster. Hydrotaea or Ophyra are two possible taxonomic opinions.
You are right, generally accepted is Hydrotaea. But I prefer Ophyra.
