(I can for some strange reason not attach images to my posts despite following all directives meticulously)

Anyhow..
Österbotten - Ostrobothnia - is on the Finnish west coast. Swedish speaking population here.

Yes, I know the people on the Finnish west coast are often ethnic Swedes, so that figures.
