Hello,
May 05, 2020 in the south of France.
7 mm and 7.5 mm to the wingtips.
I searched in Chloropidae, Chyromyidae, Clusiidae but I can't find it! Maybe it's another family.
Thank you for your help with identification

If I'm not mistaken, then it's a female.
And I confirm that there are orchids in the garden, now faded, but I guess Chyliza vittata lays in the stems, even in this period when the orchids are no longer in bloom.
