Small fly with long head => Dolichocephala irrorata

Hi, I've found this little one (5 mm) yesterday on a shady Aegopodium.
Any clues to identify the fly are very welcome!

I think another species because there are too few pale spots on the wing for irrorata

Most others can only be identified with any certainty using male genitalia and this is a female.
