 With that wing and abdomen colouration as well as the size, Conops vesicularis female is the best match (see https://www.flick...648196023/9. As I am living in Baden-Württemberg now, I hope to see that species someday!

 and that is what it is, indeed, no doubts here. Males are much yellower.
