Yesterday I found this fly in a glass of liqueur in a garden in Jerez de la Frontera, Southern Spain. It has 3,2 mm. Can anybody help me to Id it?. Thank you.

If you meant to post a photo it didn't arrive! Check there are no spaces and that the file isn't too large.
