Hi,
found on 01-March-2020 in a nature reserve, former gravel pit, some forest, Germany, Hesse, Flörsheim-Weilbach near Frankfurt/Main.
Can it be further identified?

Difficult to say. I think there are two different diptera, no one is Phaonia: 1. Lispocephala? 2. Fannia? female
