Genus is quite easy: Tipula! Probably T (D.) flavolineata. |

Could be freshly emerged from pupa causing darker pigment. |

Thanks to jfarr and Paul. I have bin informed in Sweden that this should be a female Tipula pruinosa Kurt Holmqvist |
