Apparent size with wings, about 5 mm

Apparently a gravid female of Scaptomyza pallida. However, the length of the insect should not exceed some 3 mm.

Very grateful for your help. I edit the title with your proposal, so you can give us more opinions.
The indicated dimension of about 5 mm in apparent length is not a real measure of the insect, only a subjective assessment and as I remember it ... I don't know if I really help with that data or I can confuse ...
