Could be but the distinguishing features to separate it from fasciata are not visible...

Thank you very much Paul, I thought Minettia subvittata because of the long silks on the edge of the second abdominal segment. But that must not be the only feature and unfortunately I only have this picture. I'm surprised at the shape of the last abdominal segment. Is it a male or female indication or a feature? |

It is a female, as is also evident from the black abdominal spot between the tergites and sternites.
