There are no apparent key features. It looks like Phryxe but no erect apicals.
Such nondescribed specimens key out to Tlephusa cincinna, a species extinct in NL. It is uncommon but not extremely rare in Scandinavia.
Bit my experience with this species is very little, so I am pratty reluctant to make the call.
