 Is this tipulidae to be determined on the basis of the photo?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, Zwillbrock, in a hedge of fields, size approx. 15 mm

 Nephrotoma -- shiny black and yellow with short Rs vein. In America we have some similar Tipula with longer Rs. I don't know about Europe.
