sorry, I've no idea, what this could be. Landed on a friend in a floodplain forest (Germany, 98 m, north of Karlsruhe, 20.10.2019).

Hello Emmemm,

this is not a fly; it is a Psocid (Psocoptera)
i think that it is Graphopsocus cruciatus of the family Stenopsocidae
