 Is that a Tachinidae and can it be determined from the photo?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 8 mm

 looks like Tachina fera or magnicornis

 A strong candidate for magnicornis, but in females it is very difficult.
