Homoneura found in the grove of the north of France a few days ago.

Impossible to say witjout male genitalia or at least a few of the hind leg.

Hardly. The darkish blob at the tip of the hind femur might be from the row of spines that is present in the notata-group but certaily is not enough to give a reliable ID.
