 Small Surinamese fly | Phoridae

This very small fly (probably no more than 3 mm) only got my attention because it was a red dot running around on a green leaf in the shades of some secondary swampy forest in Suriname. No family ID yet. There were two or three on the same large leaf when I noticed them.
