yep. Tachinidae. ![]() It resembles a little, Leskia.. but the black vittae on scutum, and much more bristles, and the more pale orange (in relation to the Leskia) take off this idea ... I'm just trying. ![]() ![]() Edited by jorgemotalmeida on 11-10-2007 12:18 |

Well, in this photo it is a bit difficult to see why it is a tachinid but in general it has very strong bristles on the body and a bend in vein-m ... and it isn't one of the other families with strong bristles and a bend in vein-m (eg. Sarcophagidae or Rhinophoridae) ![]() |
